Church Wins Zoning Variance for Youth Building Dining Hall
The Full Gospel Tabernacle obtained a five year zoning variance from the Board of Zoning Appeals for a youth building and dining hall, an extension of a nonconforming former bus garage. A spokesman cited doctrinal rules prohibiting eating in the church building. Other actions included a five year variance for Capozzi to open a shoe store, lot width reductions for multi family homes, and multiple approvals and denials on local property changes and signage.
