Florida Commission Clears AP In Probe Of Sending Race Data
The Fierce Commission says horse race bookmakers do not obtain betting information from Associated Press dispatches. After an April investigation, the commission found AP is not the source of bookmakers data and notes AP is not engaged in gambling information dissemination in violation of Florida law.
