Four Georgia murder suspects captured near Welch West Virginia

West Virginia and Virginia police captured three of four suspects in the Reynoldsville Georgia family massacre after a Virginia grocery store robbery. The four, from Baltimore, were linked to a slain Georgia family of six including Mary 26 and Jerry 35. FBI joined the search. Dungee in McDowell County jail.

Court to study vote machines in Ohio dispute

Ohio's Supreme Court agreed to resolve whether voting machines violate ballot name rotation rules. Plaintiffs challenged AVM machines bought by Hardin County commissioners, claiming rotation would fail. An appeals court ruled rotation requirement is satisfied "as far as possible."

Pentagon aims to cut enlisted aides for top officers
