The First District Court of Appeals reversed a $24 000 verdict in a traffic crash. Judge Raymond E Shannon held William S Schalk of Okeana was negligent for not warning motorists of his stalled pickup on Ohio 126 in February 1968, leading to Richard R Sprecklemier colliding with the truck.
