Second Hanoi visit sought to locate POW remains

Sniper's deadly rampage hits Seattle area during rush hour

About 70 police searched for a sniper whose bullets traced a path from a wooded area to a highway. He killed Abraham Saltzman, 54, and seriously wounded truck driver John Roger Mott, 22, as another car was struck but its driver escaped injury. The gunman, described as in his 20s, fired a high powered rifle in a brief rampage Monday evening.
