Montgomery County repeals presale home inspection law
The Montgomery County Combined Health Board voted 4 2 to repeal a presale home inspection requirement that went into effect March 15 in Montgomery County. The old rule charged 25 dollars for a health department inspection and report to buyers. After repeal buyers or sellers may still request inspections from the health department.
