Dismissal appeal delays Metzler on Butler County zoning board
Hamilton Butler County Prosecutor John Holcomb filed a motion in Common Pleas Court to set aside or speed the appeal of Ray Metzler's dismissal from the Butler County Board of Zoning Appeals. Holcomb argues the suspension of Metzler's dismissal was issued without notice to the prosecutor and could place the board in a difficult position amid the remanded case involving Donald Rile who protested a church variance on Oxford Millville Road. A second board member at the January meeting was reprimanded. two others resigned.
