Recycling Center operated smoothly amid future housing shift
Middletown Area Recycling Center MARC continues regular operations at 310 N Main St though the city bought the building and plans a Reinartz Boulevard extension in June. The center has a one year to occupy the site while awaiting a new home, with glass disposal a pending challenge as the Ohio National Guard will resume only one more spring trip before summer camp. Volunteers are needed to sustain the operation as MARC expands publicity and handles roughly 30 volunteers across three days weekly.
