Third sexual harassment suit targets Warren County judge Powers
A former chief clerk in Warren County Court files the third federal lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and discrimination by Judge Dallas Powers and county commissioners. The suit claims Powers discriminated against former Clerk of Courts Terry Smith and other women, aided by the county HR department, with Powers facing 16 criminal charges and an ethics inquiry. Libbie Sexton, former employee, also faces seven criminal charges. pretrial motions are set for May 20 before a special prosecutor.
