Middletown City Tax Deadline Sets April 30
City tax returns for 1967 and 1968 estimated payments are due by April 30. Robert Ritter, superintendent of taxation, notes all residents and some nonresidents employed in Middletown owe tax unless wages are fully withheld. Nonresidents working outside the city may owe if withholding differs. Filing is easier with a 1967 federal return. Penalties apply after April 30.
