Butler County Tobacco Tavern Partners Sue Owner Over Eviction Entry
James Phelan and James Shevlin Jr. filed in common pleas court against John W. McGinnis of Hi Tavern Union Township seeking a permanent injunction against pursuing an entry and detainer claim. Phelan says he gained half interest May 8 and now manages the business. The lease has one year left with a five year renewal option.
