Human fly recalls perilous climbs and lifetime of stunts
CENTRAL PARK Wash AP Carl Lang once known as the human fly recalls his 1931 San Francisco fall from a 100 foot building during Armistice Day festivities. He describes the near death moment, 90 days in hospital, and his decision to quit climbing after that incident. He later painted smokestacks and a television tower, finishing with a smile on his 60th birthday.
