Paul E. Miller, 18, of 7154 Elk Creek Road, was bound over to the Butler County grand jury on two additional felonious assault and burglary counts plus carrying a concealed weapon. Judge J. T. Lamb set bond at 16000. A prior charge of escape was withdrawn for grand jury consideration.
