New Convenient Food Mart and shells for two satellite stores at 3533 to 3741 Roosevelt Blvd. valued 71 thousand. Additional permits cover a warehouse and office at 2551 Cincinnati Dayton Road for 45 thousand and alterations to the former Central Store for Swallews Inc. at 15 thousand, an addition to State Farm Insurance at 2112 Central Ave. for 25 thousand, and alterations at 1422 S Breiel Blvd. for 4 thousand and 910 Crawford St. for 3 thousand. Last year May had 56 permits for 1.1 million. To date 299 permits issued for 4.2 million.
