Marquetta Whitaker, 24, of 815 10th Ave., was sentenced by Cincinnati Municipal Court Judge Donald Schott to 360 days in prison on two counts of arson. The two first degree misdemeanor charges, reduced from felony aggravated arson, stem from two fires on the University of Cincinnati campus that destroyed books in the German library and a bulletin board in Swift Hall, with $600 in damage. The sentences run consecutively at Cincinnati Correctional Institution.
