Annexation to Lebanon delayed for missing property owner
Warren County commissioners delayed action on a 193 acre annexation near Shady Lane Manor after omitting one of 24 property owners from the petition. Opponents’ attorney noted the error and officials said the petition must be redone. The panel also opened bids for Criminal Justice Center furnishings amid delays in equipment delivery.
