Coulter to receive treatment at Lima until trial date
Jesse Coulter 42 and ex wife Rita Gibran 37, both of Utica Michigan, are charged with holding 11 hostages at the Catherine Booth Home in Cincinnati last February. A Hamilton County judge ordered Coulter to undergo treatment at Lima State Hospital until his trial set for August 8 in Cincinnati.
