Half A City Lot In Zone Change
Planning commissioners compromise on an industrial land parcel on Jefferson Road near Jackson Lane. They approve half of the proposed zone change from I 1 to D 3 for a 150 foot north side strip, citing a buffer for duplexes while staff warns it reduces industrial land desirability. City Commission review forthcoming with Twin Homes Inc. and developers backing the move.
