Appointments to Butler County Children's Home Board
Mrs. John C. Dillon and Arthur R. Harvey were named to the Children's Home Association of Butler County board. Dillon, of Elk Creek Road, Middletown, is a former Roosevelt Junior High social studies teacher now in Miami University graduate studies. Harvey, of Kensington Street, retired in 1957 as a Gardner Board and Carton Co. director of engineering. Other Middletown trustees include Joseph P. Butterfield, Mrs. J Eugene Fay, M. C. Patton, and Mrs. John R. Perkins.

Donna Kay Howell of Tallahassee Florida, seven year old stroke survivor, was named the 1969 National Easter Seal Child Choice. The announcement cites a full speech recovery after a month of therapy and notes she will join Carol Burnett in Washington to open the Easter Seal campaign.
