Richard Conley 29 of Florence Kentucky is jailed without bond in the Clarkston Michigan woman Patricia Lynn James 18 being found beaten and strangled in a motel room. Boone County officials say they will present the case to the grand jury after arrest Monday near a beer carryout. Rhodes Allows Sunday Liquor Sales for Resorts in Ohio
Gov. James A. Rhodes let a 10 day period pass without signing a bill enabling resort areas to sell liquor by the glass on Sundays.
