Teen faces trial in crash that killed classmate Chase Knecht

In Middletown court on Wednesday, 19 year old Johnson faced closing arguments over a crash on Oxford Germantown Road near Camden. Prosecutors say excessive speed and wet roads led to Knecht being killed while Knecht and Lansdale, both 17, were riding in Johnson's car. Defense cites pothole avoidance and a lower speed estimate. Johnson, now at Miami University Middletown, plans a psychology career and honors Knecht with a tattoo.
