The U S Postal Service seeks to locate a registered letter from Judge Gordon Ringer's clerk that requests President Nixon testify at a Feb 25 hearing and the Ehrlichman Liddy and Young trial on April 15 The letter did not reach Washington D C by Monday sparking ``rendered speechless'' remarks from the Los Angeles judge The White House says Nixon will resist the appearance and a Washington hearing will decide service or quash under out of state witness rules. Ehrlichman Liddy and Young face burglary and conspiracy charges with Ehrlichman also accused of perjury.
