Wallace seeks more detail on charges before Jan trial
Attorneys for Roy Wallace filed a petition asking Warren County Common Pleas Court to delay the January 3 trial until the six charge indictment from August is clarified. They argue Wallace cannot prepare a defense due to vague acts alleged and urge a bill of particulars as prosecutors resist. The case lists counts including receiving compensation for appointments, soliciting improper pay, theft in office, embezzlement, obstructing official business, and bribery.
