A 73-year-old Belmont New Hampshire man Richard Pavlick was held on $100000 bond in West Palm Beach on charges he planned to explode himself as a human bomb targeting President elect John F Kennedy. Police seized dynamite blasting caps wiring and other paraphernalia from his car and motel room after his arrest in Palm Beach. The bond was set at one of the highest in the city and Pavlick faced a hearing with U S Commissioner George L Pink. A Secret Service agent said Pavlick would be taken to Miami for further steps.expected to be transported to Miami today.
