Suspects Bound To Grand Jury In Cinn City Case

Two Middletown men were bound to the Butler County grand jury on charges of grand larceny and malicious destruction of property after nine parking meters disappeared from Lot 5 on Vail Avenue Monday night. Bond set at 1500 each on larceny charges and 500 each on destruction. Witnesses include three youths and Cpl. Richard Barton. Other local cases include trespassing, disorderly conduct, and driving offenses with fines, jail terms, and license suspensions.

Armco assigns two new posts at Tube Associates and Armco

E. J. Kuper is named supervisor quality control for Tube Associates in Wildwood Florida after transferring from Armco's Research Center Middletown. He will oversee all quality control and testing at the Wildwood plant. J. H. Wallace becomes manager hourly incentives for Armco's industrial engineering department at corporate headquarters effective December 1.
