Medical marijuana legalization hit snag in Ohio
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine rejected the preliminary summary for the End Ohio Cannabis Prohibition Act of 2012, saying it did not fairly represent the measure. The Responsible Ohioans for Cannabis must revise language and gather at least 1,000 valid signatures before resubmitting for approval to place the issue on the ballot.
