Bound Over In Municipal Court Cases In Butler County
Four people were bound over to the Butler County grand jury by Judge J T Lamb in municipal court. Melvin Jones and YeVonne Jones of Dayton face robbery and drug possession charges with bonds totaling 17500 dollars. Others bound include David Hannum and Michael Heflin for separate nocturnal break ins and thefts. A series of guilty pleas and fines followed for various offenses including receiving stolen property, stealing a chicken, disorderly conduct, and driving offenses.
