Burglary Suspect Killed as House of Drugs Siege Unfolds
In a confrontation at the House of Drugs on South Main Street, 21 year old Iane Harper of Shepherdsville was killed and two accomplices captured after police converged on the store following a burglar alarm. Detective Harbach said officers faced gunfire and a shattered door as the suspects fled. one was shot dead on the sidewalk. Two men, Kenneth Schull and James Kennedy, were charged in municipal court with aggravated robbery and three counts of attempted aggravated murder.
