Kennedy Home Nearing Completion in Virginia Hunt Country
Workmen have applied stucco to the Kennedys weekend home in Atoka Virginia. Mrs Kennedy plans to visit Cape Cod in May as she awaits the birth of her third child in late August. The house has seven bedrooms and five and a half baths with a children wing and space constraints for additional offspring. The home sits high on Rattlesnake Mountain with blue ridge views and a library dining room and large living room. Builders began last November after buying the 39 acre plot from Hubert Phipps for about 26000 dollars. The total cost is likely well above 45000 dollars, per Salinger.
