State to crack down on teen aged drinking in Ohio
State Liquor Director Clifford Reich announced a crackdown after a Gallup poll showed about one in four teens drink. He urged parents tavern owners schools and police to help and said enforcement will target places serving teens or those supplying them. Reich plans letters to sheriff association police chiefs and Ohio Licensed Beverage Association to boost actions.
