Promoter W H Peeples forecast an $8 50 top and a $50,000 gate for the Joe Louis Omelio Agramonte 10 rounder set February 7 at Miami Stadium. The arena plans 17 000 seats with general admission 2 50. Louis is training in Liberty City with early morning roadwork. Joe flew to Havana for talks with Cuban reporters and radio men. The Bomber begins drills on the 25th, gym location not yet chosen.

Chicago building commissioner Roy T. Christiansen faced questions from three colored members of a blue ribbon coroner's jury probing a tenement fire that killed eight Negroes.
