Palos Restoration Project seeks volunteers for forest preserve work
The Palos Restoration Project organized by Illinois Nature Conservancy and Cook County Forest Preserve District invites nature lovers to join a volunteer effort. An orientation hike at Spears Woods on Saturday at 10 a.m. will detail restoration tasks led by Steve Packard and Kelly Treese.
