The South Suburban College board preliminarily approves a 34 million fiscal year 1996 97 budget showing a 400000 plus surplus. Revenues total 34414972 expenses 33953170 with operating funds 18000990 and stores 19698750. The non operating budget has revenues 14524972 and expenses 14254420. Public display planned with final approval expected next month.
