Blue Cap School Seeks Expansion To Help Handicapped
Blue Cap, serving ages 3 to 21 with severe or profound handicaps, opened in 1967 to provide infant parent training and adult programs. The IS state funded facility plans a 2.5 million expansion to increase space for therapy, library, nursery, and a 50 percent rise in students.
