House Okays 1990 Ostenburg Challenge Legal Fees
The Democratic led House approved payment of 73,890.25 to both sides lawyers in Ostenburg versus Regan for the 1990 38 vote victory challenge. Ostenburg’s Odelson Sterk Oak Park and Regan’s Lavelle Juneau McCollum Oak Park billed the committee which had not held hearings or ruled.
