Orphaned pot bellied pig Molly seeks loving Chicago Heights home
Molly a nearly three month old pot bellied pig, the first sheltered at South Suburban Humane Society in Chicago Heights, is seeking a new family. She is litter trained and weighs 35 to 45 pounds full grown. Dr. John Coyne notes pigs are 30 to 40 pounds, enjoy backyards but root, need winter protection, and can be leash trained. Molly enjoys apples and banana chips, is vegetarian, well behaved and gets along with her temporary family. Vaccinations are required with annual boosters.
