Massillon riders swept the bicycle events at the Stark county fair with Walter Snyder winning half mile open one mile handicap and five mile handicap, Fred Breckel taking novice mile, while Massillon’s Kramer led the interurban brake contest to a Massillon victory with his team and passengers awarded flags. Snyder earned three diamonds plus Breckel one diamond. crowds thronged the grounds as bands played and Massillon claimed victory in all major races.

A large group of young men met at Music Hall to form the Young Moen's Sound Money Marching Club of Mansillon to support the current campaign. The group aims to participate in parades and demonstrations and will adopt up to date uniforms. Officers elected include President T Harvey Smith and first vice president F G Harrison with W B Parker as second vice president and W G N Hemperly as secretary. A constitution was to be drafted by a committee led by T H Smith. Members signing the roll include W J Charters H A Rigdon H J Whipper T B Arnold and several others.
