At Georgetown Ky on October 10 during Henry Youtsey's trial for the Governor Goebel shooting Arthur Goebel testified he spoke with Youtsey in Frankfort jail about the murder. Youtsey hysterically denied it and shouted that Goebel is not dead while his wife wept. The judge postponed the case as Youtsey appeared weak and possibly demented and was carried from the courtroom.
