Juan Leon-Gomez, 26, agreed to waive speedy trial limits and will face a first degree rape charge in Stark County for alleged sexual assault of an 11 year old Massillon girl now pregnant. Massillon City Council member Milan Chovan Jr died Monday at his northeast home after battling pancreatic cancer.
