Hot Wheels tour stop draws fans to Jackson Township Walmart
Hot Wheels fans from Stark County and beyond lined up at a Walmart in Jackson Township for a Legends Tour event in a bid to win a limited promotional car. Gene Fete, 62, and his 7-year-old grandson Leo Miller joined others from Columbus and Pennsylvania, with activities costing $20 for a chance to spin the wheel. Family members shared a passion for the die cast cars, while bystanders watched kids test loops and tracks, and collectors spoke of prized models like the 1969 Volkswagen Beach Bomb valued at over $100,000.
