Aqua Ohio launches three projects totaling 3.6 million to boost water delivery in western Stark County. The flagship 2.4 million upgrade on Hills and Dales Road NE replaces 60 year old 8 to 12 inch lines with 12 to 16 inch ductile iron to serve about 300 residences and improve hydrant pressure for fire fighting.
