Massillon Mayor Kathy Catazaro-Perry was sworn in for a new four year term at Five Oaks Mansion before a full house. Judge Edward Blum administered the oath as family and officials looked on during a 96 minute ceremony. She thanked supporters and noted serving 32,000 residents as she reflected on her first days in office.
