Elkton Kentucky December 13 A tobacco factory owned by Mrs M B Pengick and the American Snuff company was blown up by dynamite. The ruin is total and the insurer canceled the policy days earlier amid local turmoil from tobacco growers. The act is blamed on allies of the Dark Tobacco Growers association which has condemned the violence. A company representative had been told to cease accepting tobacco from backers of the tobacco coalition but ignored the warning.
