Architect Joseph P. Jogherst of Wausau has completed plans for a forty foot brick rear addition to the First National Bank building. The project includes a new vault 9 by 16 feet a directors room 13.75 by 18.25 feet a large consultation room skylight lighting the lobby and extended front customer space. Fixtures of quarter sawn white oak with paneled walls and a hot water heating plant in the basement are planned.

Have a Fine Tract of Timber by Upham Co
George F. Smith logging superintendent for the Upham company left Monday for Ogema to supervise a large bark peeling crew. The camp sits on Jump river ten miles west of Ogema in a boarding house. The firm has over thirty million feet of standing timber of hemlock and hardwood and plans to add more camps and log the tract next winter with eight saw mills on the property.
