Marriage plan derailed amid gun arrest and assault charge

Wyatt Barner a colored herb doctor near Rowzellville and Elma Gabriel son a Day resident sought a marriage license but relatives opposed it. Barner was disarmed by police and fined for carrying a concealed weapon. The ceremony was postponed. Barner now faces an assault with intent to rape claim by Hannah Swenson after allegedly abducting Elma Gabriel from Swenson’s home.

Open Masonic Installation and Banquet at Local Temple

The Ma sonic lodge and chapter hosted a large attendance for a joint installation and banquet last Friday. Death of Charles T Stringham and court actions
