Miners Force Out Chinese At Rock Springs Riot

A mob of about one hundred fifty white miners at Rock Springs Wyoming forced Chinese workers from the town after firing a volley and burning 39 company houses. Destructive hailstorm hits farms in Delmont County

A violent Sunday hailstorm swept Hendrysburg and nearby areas causing extensive crop damage. The two mile wide path lasted five minutes and spared few windows.
