Marshall approves Brush Co electric system contract
The Marshall city council and electric commission passed a unanimous vote after initial opposition to adopt the Brush Co electrical plan. The $14,000 Brush contract offers two arc light dynamos and a 600 light incandescent system, with Fisher’s Detroit bid at $12,500 and less comprehensive equipment. The decision ends a dispute and aims for a robust, up-to-date power setup.
