Santa Arrives in Marshall Christmas Parade Lights Up Downtown
Santa arrived in Marshall during the annual Christmas Parade, a 1 hour event with 100 entries and bands from 7 area schools. Grand Marshals Harriet Carroll and Sue Moffat led the procession along West Michigan to City Hall, amid packed downtown parking and bright holiday displays. The DeWitt Squadron Lions showcased low precision maneuvers, while Lions Club hosts highlighted charity programs. The parade kicks off the holiday shopping season, followed by Open House events and the Historical Society Candlelight Tour December 8-9 with tickets sold in advance.
