Support Your Local Skating Park Bowl-A-Thon Fundraiser
Marshall Skatepark Committee hosts a Bowl-A-Thon at Marshall Lanes on Friday Nov 22 from 8 to 10 PM to raise funds for a proposed skatepark. Teams pay 150 dollars per lane for two hours of unlimited bowling pizza shoes and drinks plus trophies 50 50 and raffle with a Watson Speedboards skateboard prize.

Kicka Wins First Annual Frisbee Tourney in Marshall windy final
Kicka defeated Boo 85 7-6 in overtime to claim the championship in Marshall recreation Department’s First Annual Ultimate Frisbee Tournament. Kicka beat C.W.A. 7-6 in overtime to reach the final, Boo 85 edged WWYM-Beefcake 10-2 in the losers bracket, and C.W.A tied Boo 85 9-8 before Boo finished 10-8. Kicka earned Frisbees shirts and a team plaque for Marshall High School.

United Way Campaign Ends With Fish Kiss Finale
Madison Elementary Marshall Middle and Marshall High students held a United Way finale with a kiss a fish stunt. Mane Knight's class led by Bennink raised $34081 from canisters as 325 kids watched while staff kissed frozen fish. Homecoming week raised $1545 and other students continued donations on Make a Difference Day at Felpausch Food Center.
