The Chase of a Pious Nurseryman Across Continents
Charles Davidson of Burlington Ontario, a respected nurseryman and church organist, forged notes and fled. Detective Wilson Murray pursued him across the Americas to Mexico Haiti Jamaica and England, finally securing Davidson in Kingston penitentiary after a 20 000 mile odyssey ending March 1893.
